3 Brett Howland (10.7) guesstimate. Was second fastest after Darren Albeet who was 10.6 (c)

Notable exception Rod Silva (11.7) who told me privately that's his time. Reimis and Luke Mcdougall

I’m a speee freak and sources have alwasy put Foxx in the mid tens.
And why not? He’s the fastest player in the worlds highest league.
