Midfield shit anyway, Fred has played well pre season but mcsauce been horrific, but Fred don’t cut it either
So many positions need strengthening
6th last year, lose cavani, Greenwood, pogba lingard mata ,matic,
We sign Erikson who probably replaces lingard postion
Signed zero central mids but let go 3
Lost 2 forwards and quality forwards sign zero replacements

Already thrown under the bus ten hag before a ball is kicked

Our only chance of top 4 is if Ten Hag can prove to be a super coach, and we have luck with injuries.

As you say the depth is threadbare, with the exception being the back four.

6th to 8th is VERY possible.

The lack of mid field signings over the past few years is criminal.

I assumed last season would have scared the Glazers into some better footballing decisions and proper investment... I am still not sure what to expect from Chelsea but everyone else around United have gotten better

to waste three months on one midfielder where your offer is €83 million transfer and £350-400K a week and not get the deal done yet is incompetence
