I think if you win 3-2 or 4-3 you will also progress because you have scored more goals than Olympiacos. 1-0 isn't good enough nor is 2-1 . Its a little confusing but if Arsenal win by 2 clear goal then they progress, if they don't then they can still progress with a 1 winning goal margin as long as they score 3 goals or more.
The are capable of doing it but Olympiacos has one of the strongest home grounds in Europe. It will be tough
