annnd there's Kubicas first big shunt in Formula 1.

Clips the inside kerb, breaks a tie rod, then punts the fence front on and bends the water barrier and supports.

Charles LeClerc.... Goes wide and high 5's the same corner Kubica did. Not as bad damage as Williams, but still a decent repair job.

Snoremula1 .. fucking Formula Mercedes again...

Getting boring now how "somehow" they are always much faster than other teams.

Niki Lauda died aged 70 after having a lung transplant a few months ago.

TBF, he was lucky to survive that fire over 40 years ago.

Well fuck me that race was boring..
RIP Formula 1 2019
Cause of Death: Mercedes
Could the same have been said for Ferrari when Schumacher was dominating and poor old Ruebens sat behind him every race, or McLaren when they won all but 1 race (although the Prost/Senna rivalry was entertaining)?

Yeah, Mercedes will be mourning his loss badly, though it does explain him not being spotted at races this year.

I thought he was much older.

Whiting, Lauda, whose next...

I thought he was much older also...

To comeback and win 2 championships after the horrific accident he had, absolute legend..

if F1 had immortals ... He'd be one of the first on the list

There was a special on Lauda on Kayo/Fox tonight. Worth the watch.

Well worth investing the two hours in this podcast. Best interview I've seen with Daniel Ricciardo.

The advice towards the end he gives Danny Ric about the engine braking settings for a late lunge, was amazing. Love they bleeped and fuzzed it out too to keep it between them.

Nico seems to have a lot of respect for Dan (and vice versa), and seems to want him to do as well as he did.

Even the commentators are wanting to turn the sprinklers on to get something interesting to happen.

Just woke up BTW after falling asleep after lap 25!

It's just a joke... they need to do something.

Hamilton like 13 seconds ahead of Bottas who is about 7 seconds ahead of LeClerc.

Mercedes (or the FIA mainly) are letting Mercedes completely destroy the sport. You can't tell me that other teams are 20 seconds slower than them.... clearly something is being overlooked I reckon.

Heck FIA shafted Ferrari by refusing them a review on Canada incident... clearly showing Mercedes favouritism.

On the flipside Williams are hopeless this year... 44 seconds behind the nearest team.

This season has been the most boring I've ever seen. They need to go back to the rules from 20 years ago.
