Dalger's cooking 101.

Get some T-Bone steak, 30ml of vinegar and 30ml of red wine, some herbs and let it soak for a good hour or 2. Steam some veggies and presto, that's your lunch.

I try to up the weight every time I do each particular workout, so if I do, say, 26kg on each dumbbell for a dumbbell press, I try to do 28kg the next week, then so on and so forth. Can't increase every week on everything though generally.

When I moved to a new weight I would try to get at least 6 reps out
Following week I would do the same weight I would try to get 10-12. If i succeeded it was time to move up and struggle to get 6 on the next weight again

Sounds alright, that's sorta what I do sometimes because I may not be able to do all 3-4 sets of whatever I'm doing at the new higher weight.

Mesk what routine do you do for shoulders?

Nice, basically same as mine except I do upright rows and usually do cables on chest day.
