We win by 250 something and Smith scored 288 in the match. Not to mention runs he allowed others to get by staying in. He's been sorely missed and that would have been a loss without him.

Welcome back Stevo!

The crying Smith masks in the crowd all turned into crying English faces by the end of the match.

Be interesting to see if they are picking bowlers to fit the wicket.

Siddle avgs 56 with the ball in first class cricket at lords. Yeah Siddle in England is a myth

Lol bullshit that lbw appeal was missing leg by that much. Hawkeye being tampered with so as not to make the umpires look as inept as last test lol

Good start. So they are 6 down for less than Steve Smiths last innings. Hahaha. Love it.

I don’t think there will be any more play today. It’s looking like this match will be a
draw unless the Aussies bat very poorly tomorrow.

As much as I hate seeing loss of play, a draw here obviously is a bit help to us

Probably.... but with Smith and Wade at the crease, we may have been able to take back some initiative. Anything is possible while Smith is still in. Ah well, the rain was definitely worse news for them than it was for us.... they looked yo be on top and they are the ones trailing 1-0 in the series.

Steve smith again in the 60s not out. Another ton would be ridiculous, and apparently his 4th in the last 4 ashes innings he has played

Fuck, most players are retired hurt with that. Smith looks really in pain. next ball, nick's over the keeper's head for four and then a single to get off strike

Smith has the chance to become the first player ever to make a century in four consecutive Test innings in England after his 143 at The Oval in 2015, followed by the twin centuries in the first Test at Edgbaston.

If Smith is to cross 50, as he has done in his previous six innings against England, he will become the first Australian to do so in seven consecutive innings, breaking his tie with Mike Hussey.

Pasted from a story about it on wwos website

Well hes got the second one already.
