For his birthday she bought 2 sets of Volk wheels 20" with tyres for each car.

Thats not bad but she is certainly not my type.

First time buying a second hand car

Have any of you guys experience from buying from a car dealership or a private seller? And which one do you think is better?

Also what do I need to buy on top i.e. rego, CTP and stamp duty? If you can suggest any good cars under $8,000 that would be great too.

Buy a car privately with someone that knows their shit.

Stamp duty is not much & rego is more or less $1k.

He is a bit weird. He polishes the inside of his wheel arches?

I could barely even be bothered to hit it wheel arches with a hose.

She even put pink wheel nuts on his car. I asked him "Did your mrs take you nuts & gave you hers?" He had no idea what I was talking about & kept playing with his phone showing me photos he has taken.

Some guys have a nice car but still live at home.

A mate of mine lives in a tiny unit with 2 kids but bought his wife a brand new car because its 'safer'. Nothing wrong with a second hand car.

They park the new car on the street ffs... Its copped a few scratches already & it gives him the shits!

By weirdos I mean the creeps lol, I've seen some real odd balls with nice cars who try hard but still can't fit in but the spoilt kids get my blood boiling lol

Thrashed my missus 2012 c63 over the weekend before she sold it.

- Sounds great
- Has grunt
- Loud rumble
- Torquey
- Nice car for a stock Merc

Wouldn't get anything lower than the c63 from Merc, only a ML63 in a different class.

LOL i was going to go to this on Friday night Tarik from QSC told me to come.

Recently dropped my car off at QSC to get some work done.

That LW Lamo is from QSC they did the work, did you see the wide body kit C63 those rims are 10k

how can i forget haha that thing was nice as well!

yeah i'm down for the meet! yeah considering how big those were, wouldn't be surprised it was 10k, the rims i wanted was around 6k-7k from BTO but yeah decided to sack it and get some SSR MS3's

They're not bad rims, i like the dish on them. I'm more of a dish type, but starting to really like concaves now.
