We also were going to lose that game if Trent Hodgkinson doesn’t boot the ball into an Mbye Charge Down to win the game lol
We almost lost it when Reynolds gave away that stupid penalty on full time. Luckily, the Knights shanked the kick at goal.

It’s a real curse mate….

Quite possibly originates from Des’s dojo still standing at the back. First step should be to burn that to the ground.
That dilapidated backyard shed doesn't look like a million dollar, "centre of excellence".

It takes up seating space; but that's not a problem as we still won't draw crowds, the way we are playing.

When Belmore was out home ground all the time we had teams playing out of there that could pretty much win anywhere they played. If we go back to 2017 since the losses there began, we'd probably see a generally losing record wherever we played.

Do we jump on the conclusion that the team is actually cursed and dump them or should we assume that our fortunes can turn as we get back to having an ass kicking team.

A home ground is meant to be a graveyard for oppositions, not the home team

We have not won a game at Belmore since the 9th July, 2017 against the knights….

Is it really worth the novelty when we always lose at Belmore?

Because we have been shit since 2017?
Imo the last sentence is the reason, it needs to be rectified asap.

Why so mate?
I don’t know where to start mate and can’t find anything positive about the place apart from nostalgia.

The facilities are horrible, especially those kindergarten seats and 42” plasma screen. We never have a good game there, even against teams like the titans

The screen is embarrassingly small isn’t it. The only other thing I like about the ground is its walking distance to the leagues club.

I like the drawing crowd aspect of it but then reality sets in that we just suck balls playing there
The drawing crowd part of it?

We would get more of a crowd at Homebush or Parramatta for the same game. Not to mention more money.

The going back to Belmore is simply a traditional thing.

Worst part of all this is the tigers will beat us in round 3. Then they will have 2 wins at belmore in 5 weeks and we've done nothing there since 2016. They also had never played at belmore before sundau since becoming the West tigers too!

It’s definitely a key factor… but usually a spiritual home ground at least gives you some sort of leg up. We seem to play far worse than normal there, every time!

The football club runs at a loss at belmore unless we sell out the game. This is why we should play our games at Accor.

Would help if the refs realised that there is another team on the field and not just the Bulldogs.

I should of worded it better. The crowd is used more as an advantage to us than like Homebush

Now we're blaming curses which obviously don't exist... Wow. Who here believes in ghosts too?
