Rod if you starve yourself, you may lose a little weight, but there will get a point where your body starts sotring and going into emergency storage, so you will go through a period where you might not lose any.
Eat small regular meals of vegetables and stuff, keep your metabolism high!


Arrrgh why dont you listen to me. eating rarely may work but it will fuk you up!

After a prolonged break (lol), I am starting gym tomorrow on the advice of some people hehe.

But yeah, I am looking forward to getting into shape with Summer getting into full swing soon :D

Tru dat, here's what i normally eat on a working day

breaky - 4 weetbix
10am - apple and banana
Lunch - sub/sandwhich/salad
3pm - fruitbar
dinner - whatever



The part I fail at is exercise. I only ever go to the gym twice a week so im not burning all the extra energy im getting.

lololyeah my lay out is a lil different

breakie- protein shake
mid morning- apple
lunch- shake
3pmish- some carrot
dinner- some meat or eggs with veggies

and im the same with exercise..i was full at it a while ago but now i am losing motivation.

And i have started eating carbs and sugar again :o hence the stalled weight loss :(

go get a good paying sh!tty job in a warehouse where you are working for the descendants of Nazi Germany

you will lose weight quick fast that way

I know what you mean by temporary anorexia though rod. I have done it myself. One time i was on duromine, its an amphetamine so helps curb your appetite. I was having 1 protein shake a day and that was it. Maybe 2 if i felt faint. I lost 11kgs in 4 weeks. Not eating and living of the adrenaline of knowing you're loosing weight was very addictive. I have a had habbit of going through periods where ill eather binge or starve myself. I havent done that in a while now so im pretty proud.

Not eating and living of the adrenaline of knowing you're loosing weight was very addictive.
yes thats a great way to put it, the adreneline overides the hunger

btw food update: i was feeling weak this afternoon so i had a bowl of rice bubbles

ok 2 bowls of rice bubbles:o, but i swear it was only to hear the snap, crackle and pop one more time:p

true, but i was aiming to get through the day without anything

however i did make it well past the 40-hour famine benchmark

i dont know why those africans are complaining, i did it with ease:grinning:
