Smith has previously toured the club and his manager has said he believes he's a 1 Million dollar a season player, of course he would but as I said Rorters could offer him less than that but sweeten the deal with Third Party Agreements as they have done with Uncle Nick at the helm, he does have contacts you know.

How do you think more than half their team during their two premiership wins were representative players. They had to pay them unders to stay under the cap but make up for that with TPA's. It's not illegal but it makes a mockery of the salary cap as they know how to get around it.
