We already stuffed up with naden. Moral of the story don’t fucking sign any more crightons. I was surprised Stephen topped the charts as the fastest player in the round a few weeks ago. So he definitely has speed but he is also grossly over rated (also doesn’t seem too quick to the eye).

Like others said the players you’d get from panthers are fisher Harris, korisau, Cleary, to’o, yeo. You’d happily pay overs for those guys but the crightons, and shit staines is a hard no.

Actually may and tago wouldn’t be too bad either so if ciraldo brings someone over hopes it’s one of those :p

Fuck no

If anyone comes from Panthers than let it be JFH or Yeo
Totally agree

We have Schoupp and Kiraz who have come through

We have Burns and Allen on the books

We have Alamoti who will probably be ready in a year or two

We got that Union bloke who looks promising - will only get better with a preseason under his belt

Noway in hell should we even entertain the idea of bringing Crichton over

If it does happen, Gus can go and stick it along with Ciraldo

We have already had the Manly superannuation retirement fund, we don't need a Panthers one now

It's probably BS, but if he does come he'll have to play fullback because he'd be on way too much money for centre.

Fuck that

Persist with Averillo and during the offseason bring in Slater to work with Jake if it's possible.....If not Mick Potter was a fantastic FB who can work on Jake

So you think the dogs would sign him if it compromised signing other key positions?

Yeah I was starting to think we needed to spend big on a marquee fullback but since Averillo's been there (no idea how it took this long for us to see him there) I think halfback and prop would be better positions to spend the money.

If you think Burns and Allens are competent to play centres than you are kidding yourself...we need a strike centre....im sure Gus will make the right decisions...just trust him

Thank god Potter came in when he did, and gave Averillo the chance at Fullback!

Numerous posters have said for the past 2yrs or so… we should have given Averillo a shot at 1

So far after about 6-8games…. He’s been very good! With an off season honing his skills, he could take that role full time at a much cheaper $$$ rate.

Forget those duds.

We have Kiraz, Schoupp and Alamoti. Plus Skelton could easily cover centre if needed too.

Schoupp and Alamoti are our future centres. Schoupp's already ready and Alamoti will be ready next year imo.
