He had a shocking timing error there but that was just great contact with him trying to create….

How about his fucking kick on the line. Neither of our halves can do that

Ffs he had the best attacking kick tonight and cleary and Luai played…

He had some really good things and some crap moments too though only 1 error that I think was just poor handling.

As others said he’s not trained at fullback this season with edwards I dare say the obvious choice and he’s done that on talent.

Cleary, yeo were half their usual game.

Leota looked like the old
Clumsy **** with the odd big hit and some Terrible stupid errors.

The one who stood out most to me way Luai. He was non existence.

Not sure if that’s missing kikau or just off night.

They are going to miss kikau and api massively based on that.

I knew their 9 was shit now but geez. Kenny was crap
And cogger for a few minutes.

If Martin and edwards don’t dramatically change that the signs are there that panthers reign was short lived really.

The Panthers and Crichton are missing Ciraldo....I have always said Cleary senior is a dud of a coach. If he wasn't the benifactor of what Gus built at Penrith his win loss record would be in the low 30's percentage wise.

Ivan is a fair coach but you could see just within our one trial that Ciraldo drives a lot of the standards and attention to detail... Ivan has coached some decent teams but none have been as meticulous as the Panthers with Ciraldo

Short lived?

3 straight GFs and back to back.

You guys are funny.

Nothing special as a fullback has lots of work to do.
Not sure if it's the head gear or what, but he use to look big in previous seasons playing centre without the head gear.

He looked as small as his brother out there today

His stats make an interesting read in NRL.com
- most runs and run metres in the team
- equal highest tackle breaks
- highest post contact metres
- 1 less error than Cleary
- no missed tackles

The point? Relax, it’s 12 months before we get him…

Not lively enough as a fullback gets swamped in defence

Yes. They’ve won 2 titles. When the way it’s discussed they will eclipse the storm/roosters reign over the last decade or 2?

Not sure if you watched the actual game.

I think api and kikau has had a far bigger impact than expected.

Martin and edwards won’t fix that.

Crichton struggled to create but Panther also played like he was Edwards. Crichton's a classy players with good hands but had little to no opportunities. At least he wasn't lazy. Most runs, run metres and post contact metres (also equal amount of tackle breaks) for Panther. That's a good thing to have when you're struggling (not like he was the only 1). Also Panther was abysmal and their whole team struggled (including the best player in the game). Crichton was one of their better players overall tbh.

Ivan's coach record is nothing to write home about prior to his current stint whith the Panthers.

2006–11New Zealand Warriors1547737450%
2012–15Penrith Panthers984505546%
2017–18Wests Tigers431802542%

After taking over the team Guss built

2019–Penrith Panthers1027812376%

Ivan as a coach is a myth. Without Ciraldo and Webster there to pick up the coaching slack the myth will be exposed once again.
