If he's actually moving to the dogs it'll be interesting to see if he kicks on. Parra have had a pretty respectable pack for a while. It's tough to break into the top 17, so he might just be a bit better than expected. assuming he's actually signed. I'm not even looking for a highlights vid unless I hear official signing news.
