He goes OK, but needs time.

Team First
Was very very good first few rounds in the season from what I could catch on the NSWRL app. Has had a bit of injury/time out of the game from about mid season. Was head hunted from NZ by Roosters and brought over. A number of rooster supporters I know were very surprised they let him go.

As opposed to what ? Do people on here actually believe their deluded opinions and team selections carry any weight :tearsofjoy:
I really hope not,
But I do think there are a fee on here who actually believe they know best haha.

I'm not saying he's got an obviously bad attitude or that he's not training hard, just that it will always be in the back of his mind when he's playing. This isn't a wild new theory, either. We've seen it with players in the same situation for years. An injury now could derail his off season and his chances of starting next year so he'll be looking to avoid it. It's naïve to believe otherwise.

Plus, who does he get dropped for? Given CC's record and what we know about how he introduces players to FG, do we expect him to field a rookie in the final game of the season (and one with this sort of expectation around it)?
Plus maybe his contract with the Tigers wont be lodged till after his last game with us so as to not
getting a broken down hack.
Has happened many times before

Might be his last shot at a premiership. I hope he makes the most of the opportunity!

ASSASSIN will be watching closely!
He was fkn putrid last week even before he was limping like a bitch.

He owes us, we made him a league player.

Typical for the Kennel...
Why? Is it not for that reason, having many and dividing opinions on the Kennel what its all about.
I suppose some here post their opinions on most aspects to do with the Dogs and are right 100% all the the time.
Dont think so.
We ALL have been wrong pushing for a player that shows great potential but in the end lets us down.
Or are there mute fence sitters and afraid of having a go voicing your opinion in case, heaven forbid be off the mark.

When he was making 300m of course he deserves selection.

He made 30cm on Friday.

Not that hard to figure...
For the 1 million and 1th time I've told you not to exaggerate ;) :tearsofjoy:

Skelton actually ran more metres than Kiraz (170 vs 120) with more post contact metres (49 vs 40), more tackle breaks (3 vs 0) and they both missed 1 tackle each..

We really need our back 5 to stand up, all of them, Xerri (254 metres) and Tracy (211 metres) can't do it on their own.

Kiraz usually plays better and makes more metres on the wing rather than centre.

TBH I'm glad he took it easy, he has been going hard all year.

It's very strange isn't it, on the wing Kiraz makes crazy metres, way more than anyone else. But move him to centre (one in, seriously) and he drops a long way behind Xerri who is also playing centre. Obviously they kicked more to Xerri and JAC, but one in shouldn't lesson his carries off the play the ball, the 5 usually share it around pretty well.

TBH I'm glad he took it easy, he has been going hard all year.
I'm not sure Kiraz ever "takes it easy", seems like 100% goer all the time.

one moment everyone is,yelling fir Skelton to be selected the next minute he is useless..go figure
Not all of us, some are totally against bashing our own players for an off game however this Skelton has signed with the another club and showed no ticker whatsoever last game, defensive liability is understatement the guy was 5 metres in every time they went down his wing, can’t believe he got another stint this weekend

Big unit for a winger, just gotta show some enthusiasm for the cause which means improved mobility and desire.
Who doesnt wanna be part of a possible Bulldog Premiership?
One loss and everyone is questioning the potential.

Yes but that was one game. Should he be judged on one game?

Haha, I see your point there.
I have known you a long time (on the kennel)
And I don't recall you being this angry before.

Is everything all right?
You got a lot of pent up energy to release.
I got worked into a shoot promo drunk brother. Ten years of fighting for this club to be the best against the positive crew who were sickly happy with our 14th places, ultimately at the first sign of trouble this back end of the season turned heel on Skelton, I went off script and broke Kayfabe.

I love your passion mate.
