anyone out there got dramas with their shoulder? i popped the left one a few months back and have a degree of rotator cuff damage (can't lift my arm above my head). my right shoulder is hyper-flexible from years of throwing. between the 2, i'm expected to be able to do mens pushups for my stupid fitness test.
i'm too tightass to keep spending money with my physio, so anyone got any suggestions on keeping up the flexibility in the stuffed shoulder? the right one needs surgery, so meh, i'm not worried about that one.

thanks :grinning:

Little Asian girl barefoot backwalk massage? No? Sounds like you need acupuncture to take the tightness out of the muscles.

See a shoulder and elbow specialist and get some scans done. OR at least a physio and get those elastic bands that you can exercise and strengthen your tendons with.

Mum has supraspinatus tendon damage on both shoulders and is getting surgery next month, her tears are about 4-5cm long. Considering you're only 22 and shes 55, I reckon you should check it out luv.
