With are lack of depth in the backline there would be nothing wrong with giving some of our younger guys a taste of first grade but that’s just me what do you think?

Never seen him play. His brother might be the most overhyped winger to ever play the game so hopefully he isn't too bad.

Either way, he can't be selected in first grade until after June 30.

Is that the part time winger for Sharks, which sent the kennel into delirium?

Being a development player he would be down in the order but if the situation arises, yes.

Tui is okay, but failed to nail down a position in NSW cup this year (or even NYC).

Yes he has talent and pace, but he's a long way off NRL, and probably a season off a full time NSW Cup gig.

He looked really good in the couple of games of ISP he played until he was injured. Looked better then Harper. With our outside back depth he could be a smokey for a few NRL games at the end of the year.

He debuted in ISP the same time as Harper and got injured in his second game that’s why he didn’t nail anything down....

He was injured, but then couldn't make his way back into the NSW Cup side, and spent the rest of the season (tail end) between NYC and Ron Massey Cup.

He came back from injury with 2 games left in the season and was never going to get back into ISP.

Only saw him in one ISP game, looked good alongside Harper. I'd like to see him play some consistent footy in ISP before coming into the 1st grade discussion. As a development player he can't play 1st grade until after June 30, so plenty of time to impress.

He played exactly ZERO Ron Massey and Sydney Shield games. Flegg and ISP only.

From my experience coaching, younger brothers end up being a little better than their older siblings, they have had to fight and scrap for all they can in the back yard against their older siblings so straight away they develop a mental toughness, resilience and work ethic required to go better and bigger. It's not always the case but more often is than the other way around.

Fingers x he develops into a better player than Sione and that Deano and the staff manage him correctly so he has a long and successful career with us being a local junior.

Why not give him a chance.. we got slim pickings to choose from in our backline now that both Morris boys are gone

Hopefully he's named today as he deserves a chance and I'd rather see him than Crichton. Okunbur has had more than enough chances and needs a stint in reserves to work on his game.
