Opinion Should Josh Jackson be re-signed when he comes off contract?

No he’s lucky he has one for next year let alone getting another one

Has played his guts out and almost singal handedly one us enough games to prevent us from being Spooners the last 3 years. Staying with the dogs also probably cost him organ and test selection. However his latest contract extension was very generous and comenserste with the effort he puts in. I think we owe it to him to let him see that out and not pressure him out the door or shop him around. In terms of extending 2023 seems a long way away. If he wanted to resign it would be tricky as he would have to take about a 50 percent pay cut which would be disrespectful. Maybe they could offer him a coaching gig so he would be on the same money. Anyway when it comes up it will be tricky one to navigate. I am glad I don't have to worry about these sorts of things.

If he has any interest in it we should develop Jackson as a coach. Guys like him would have the aura to be a great defensive coach. Not sure if he’s that way inclined though
