Yeah, it's where the WWE was sliding then somehow Rising in Ratings... Maybe when Shawn Michaels Turned Heel, made the Ratings Rise but that maybe due to the Inclusion of Hogan ofcourse, however as soon as the Feud ended, you guesses it, the Ratings Fell.
