what’s wrong with blowing the whistle and penalising a team? Tell the captain what it’s for, and if you keep infringing the same way, the sin bin.
If blatant laying on the tackle or being off side, sin bin. And I believe 5 min sin bin should return.
10 min sin bin for foul play and 5min sin bin for minor infringements (cheating)
When you start missing players you stop the cheating.
Fuck the 6 again off. It’s too confusing and controversial. And if a ref has a preconceived opinion about a team, he goes looking for reasons where other teams do the same but he’s not looking at them for that so they get away with it.
The game is plenty free flowing without it. And if it’s about wasted time during games, the clock should stop any time the play is dead. For example after try’s are awarded. But not on penalty kicks.
