Bellamy will never coach anywhere but the storm. When he finishes coaching he has a cushy job there (coaching director or similar) for life as long as he wants it.

It will be John Morris, Ciraldo or another assistant.

Green or Neil Henry, please no. Potter has a 35% win rate in the NRL, we’ve already got that with Barrett.

Because the Andersons were in charge lol that’s why he said that
Doesn’t change the fact he said it. It was posted earlier that Gus recommended him for the job here. That is not what happened.
He recommended him for the Manly job but not ours.

Penrith's attack isn't unique at all. Almost every club is using a middle forward as a link to the halves. We were doing it as far back as 2012 with graham.
Penrith and us are the only 2 teams that sit the 6 on the left and the 1 on the right with a dominate 7 sweeping either side to make the extra man. Most, if not all, other teams have the 1 sweeping either side to make the extra man.

Penrith can to it because they have a once in a generation 7.

Genuinely think if he went to a half a side, Burton left, Flanigan or Averello right, with Duffty sweeping out the back We would be better.

Shane Flanagan - head coach
John Morris and Michael Ennis - Assistants

Ideally I'd like Barrett to turn it around, but j just can't see it happening
please don’t mention that dickhead ennis as a coach anywhere near our team.

Barrett was around 35-40 with Manly. Some good players there at the time. All types of excuses were made for why that happened. Personally I’m not interested in another coach with a similar record regardless of the team/circumstances.

He wouldn’t accept anyway, he likes doing little cameos at clubs and his media commitments. If anyone is in doubt about what he thinks of the club just watch a game he commentates.

In the media he was pumping him up for the job. In fact, he pumped him up - hailed him as a head coach and would be perfect for the job.

Then, he said something the effect of “he shouldn’t take it” and again, his gripe was with the club and how it was being run - the Andersons.

Gus and Barrett are very close.

I agree. I am thinking of who could be brought in to pick up the pieces for this year?

Everyone complains that our issues start at 9 ... Don't you think Ennis would be a valuable asset. Helps develop Mahoney as he currently is at Parra and he can help coach our forwards and halves where to position themselves for the 9. It's attention to detail in theses areas that we have lacked for years
