didnt take him long for his mentality to change, he has to try things because the other forwards dont do much and mistakes creep into his game. but hes a goes and he is needed in our team he will be awesome next yr if he plays in a good tough forward pack.

Tandy comes from a winning culture (Storm) where all there forwards play their heart out, week in week out!
When you play with our forwards (apart from Paea), you get frustrated when things aren't working and then you start to push passes where you would normally never do!!
The bloke is trying to create some second phase play and I honestly don't blame the bloke for trying, more than what could be said for some of our other forwards!
Most second phase play is usually created by the second rowers, but as we don't have any with that ability....he then tries to do it himself!!
He will be great for us next year if we get Eastwood, Pritchard or both....
Barba will go into fullback and I can see him roaming around the ruck, looking for that offload!!
