FKN FINALLY!!

I used to love playing RL on the PS2 with mates back in the day. Graphics were shocking but sooooo much fun!

EDIT: The Wii was rehashed RL1/RL2 with a few more additions/teams.

Don't get your hopes up.

Graphics look aged and rubbish. Since when are jerseys moulded as one piece suits on players???

The developers who are working on this game have little experience in the gaming field, only producing a few games which I've had the disfortune of playing one.

They are steaming piles of crapola.

They need a solid developer (use Irrational Games/2K Australia), and work from there.

DON'T PORT THE DAMN THING TO PC, but rather rewrite it.

They COULD really make a smashing game though..

Here's my wishlist:
1. Add in a bit of physics affecting ball movement (E.G when it's wet/soggy the ball is heavier, or when a forward hits a smaller player the chance of losing the ball is higer).

2. Players are slower in the wet, and will tend to slip more often.

3. Video ref replays for close tries.

4. Decent camera angles.

5. More than one commentator and less cheesy puns.

6. Crowds that interact more with the game. (E.G if you are in front your "army" goes nuts and gets more vocal). If it's a harsh call they get annoyed, and start yelling. Oh and banners/signs in the crowd.

7. Different goal kicking system.

8. Simple controls with high functionality.

9. BRING BACK SET PLAYS.

10. Make kicks in play easy to do.

11. Occasionally special matches (women in league rounds, celebration rounds when your players reach milestones like 50 first grade games - with fireworks, etc).

12. Big screens and replays.

13. Engross the player. Make it seem you are watching a real game not the same recycled animations. When a player scores, show his stats and taking a drink or whatever. Maybe have a button to show off to the crowd?!!?

** BUMP **

PC version is out and is MILES better than the XBOX version (I have both).

Much easier to control on PC, and graphics appear to have been tweaked a bit.
