Are you someone who requires routine in your life ? OR does the routine drive you absolutely crazy ?

Do you prefer to make a spontaneous plan each day ? OR does a lack of routine work against you in the long run ?

Go with the flow ?
Make the flow go ?

How structured are your daily/weekly/monthly routines ?
What are the consequences of being trapped in a routine you hate ?

Well some things I do, (e.g getting up, have coffee & toast, shower then go to work) is a routine I just fall into. And tbh I dont mind routine. Most of the time I dont even take notice.
I also like to plan ahead. Whether it be for today, next week or next month. I like to cover all avenues and make sure things work out as planned.

Anal huh? lol.

I like routine. It keeps the panic at bay....i like knowng what time i have to get up, i try to schedule my mornings getting ready "ok half an hour to fiddle ass around, 15 mins to rush getting ready".....i like to set myself time frames for everything. I like to know what i am doing in advance. I always check train times if i know where i am going. Things like that. It keeps me from feeling anxious.

Although there are some days where i love doing nothing, spur of the moment decisions to go out with friends, making impulse decisions about what to do, what to eat, who to see etc.

But other than that, on work/uni days routine is the only way to get my through sane.

The only routine in my life is work.

All other times, I just go with the flow, live day to day, moment to moment.
