Round 8 Team News: Squad updated for Sharks clash
The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs will host the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at home in Round 8 of the NRL Premiership, a special Round that will honour our fallen heroes and those who serve and have served in the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC Round).
Head Coach Cameron Ciraldo has updated his line-up 24 hours out from kick-off. With Karl Oloapu, Sam Hughes and Reece Hoffman omitted from the game day squad.
Kicking off just before the going down of the sun at 5:30pm on Saturday April 22, the Bulldogs will face off against the Sharks at Accor Stadium to mark the occasion.
The Bulldogs will look to put injuries aside when they square off with our foes from the Shire.
Declan Casey will return to the NRL for his first match of the season, while Tevita Pangai Junior will back up from big minutes in his first outing of 2023 against Souths last weekend.
The team will be wearing the Club's latest design, a jersey that has been inspired by our ANZAC heroes.
