Things I learnt from today’s game:
- Today’s win was clearly a diversion by the NRL and their corrupt betting agency partners to cover their anti-Bulldog agenda.
- We need to sign Flanagan to coach, Ciraldo is only an assistant. Hard to see how he lasts as our young Padawan predicted.
- Speaking of assistants, what a massive miss by Gus not getting Holbrook who has expertly assisted the Chooks into the Top 11
- Critta needs to go to fullback (let’s disregard the lines he’s running).
- Burton needs to go to centre, even though Xerri scored today and Critta’s leadership is superb. Even off the ball he never shuts up.
- Reed Mahoney is a liability and momentum killer with poor service.
- Foxx is overpaid and should be offloaded.
- More utilities than a B&S ball has been an unmitigated disaster.

a really successful season will be getting above the mid teams, with the odd win over top 8.. we should have beaten Souths, and almost had the Storm game in the bag.. the big positives obviously being our defence but we're playing good yardage for one of the smaller packs... Ciraldo has these boys in good nick. If the attack continues to improve, top 8 is absolutely not off the cards.

Time we get one upset back firstly again penrith.
All got FG experience much better depth then what we had last season.

Great Game by our boys all Round. A lot of people on this Forum have some egg on their faces about some of the things that have been said about Gus and Ciraldo. Our Game plan Today was perfect from the “Assistant”and the “utilities” Executed it beautifully. Up the might dogs.

Some may disagree but I'd still keep Hutch at HB. I think we've got enough points with Burton, Tracy and the left side attack. Not having a smaller bloke for the opposition to run at is why our defense has been so good.

We don't have a large pack, we carried a VERY small bench and lost a starting forward and still won comfortably. Not only is Cirro's gameplan utilising his players really well but the team are SO much fitter than we've been in years.
