Interchange: 14 Greg Eastwood,15 Renouf Toomaga, 16 Francis Tualau/Danny Fualalo, 17 Fa'amanu Brown

Id put josh bergamin on the wing leave hoppa at centre. Lewis instead of brown on the bench. Providing jackson gets his downgrade leave him and RFM 2nd row. Eastwood to lock. Bench Toomaga, Tualau, martin, lewis.

I don't know if we have better options in the squad to try something different, but the following players are not NRL level players in thier current positions:

JMK @ 6 - as 14 yes or possibly 9.
Lichaa @ 9 - as 14 maybe, he would not get the 9 jersey at another NRL club.
Taulau anywhere in 17
Elliot @ 13
Montoya's speed is a worry but to early to drop.

Pay is clearly worried about D, I think maybe try:

Brown @ 6
JMK @ 9
Lichaa @ 14
Toomaga @ 17

I seen enough in ISP on the weekend to suggest that he could easily be replaced and that there is plenty of depth in that position considering the limited amount of time he spends on the field anyway

He got hooked last week after 20 minutes.
Only back on last few minutes.
So hopefully he is out.
Elliot is the prefect example of what is wrong.
Showed something last season.
Trained "the house down" during the off season.
To come out and play like a 15 year old school girl on her period.

At the end of the day we bought nu brown because he is a pretty talented footballer that was stuck behind grand final winning halves. I’d like to see him finally given a crack at the 6 like he was bought for.

Congratulations to those who thought up the idea of starting with Faulao and leaving Woods on the bench.
Faulao is much more of a battering ram hence would be more useful starting, while Woods who is no battering ram has much better ball skill and would be better suited coming off the bench.
I hope that Pay reads the forum, because many of us were calling for Mbye to Fb all through 2017, yet Hasler who was supposed to be a great couldn't or wouldn't do it.
