Why are so many against us running it on the last and handing the ball over 5m out from the opposition try line? It's a far better result than kicking dead, giving away a 20m restart + 7 tackles.

It's well known des loves his stats and maths and he's clearly done the math and worked out that in the long run you do better by giving the ball up on the 6th than kicking and giving away 7 tackles.
