They were offside all night.
The Souths game fucked us.
We lost 42-6 but the real score should have been 44-8 our way. So really there's a lot of positives to take out of this game.

I don't know about everyone else but I what I saw in round 1 looked hopeful.

I like to have a punt on the footy each week and I see this game as a standout. Based upon the sides, the respective capabilities, what we know of our halves, the form of the Roosters in the 1st half last week, I truly cannot see any way the Dogs can win this game.
I think I will put say $500 on Roosters to win.

Can anyone seriously see us winning this?

Its a strong Roosters line-up but the game is on Thursday night not here on the Kennel.

Well as it stands I just hope it's a dry track so we can see either way what it is we have worked on over the off-season. Last week rained so it arguably provided a small excuse, which they took so let's see. Tough game against this Rooster side who will never see what salary cap means. Dogs 1-12 but that is my heart talking.

In the work tippingcomp. I couldn't tip against them.. although everything tells me that the roosters are one of the sharpest looking teams thus far.

I'm split on this. On one hand, I think having no changes is good so the team structure and nucleus is stable, on the other hand it's the start of the season, the best chance to experiment and make changes - and everyone knows we NEED that right now.

Great odds for the dogs. The NRLs so unpredictable and Ive noticed in recent years a lot of round one winners get done in week 2.

I won't judge our attack on last week. The conditions were horrible. That first half we only had one chance down there end and we cracked them. That gives me hope. Yeah our execution was terrible in the 2nd half. But that rain was disgusting.

I think we can win. But we need a fast start. People saying we need Kas starting. I agree. But I think the better option is moving Klemmer to prop and beast to lock, with RFM starting.
