As expected, RFM starts with Waddell to the bench. It's strange that Lewis jumped ahead of Wakeham. It would have been nice to see Doorey in the 21.

But unfortunately that 17 is pretty much the best Baz has to work with at the moment so there's no point second guessing everything he does so early in the season.

Im glad he's not chopping and changing too much.
Hopefully the team have had a re-set and put last week behind them.
We hang onto the ball, tighten up the defense and who knows, win or lose we may find some rhythm.

Would it surprise you to learn we have the 3rd worst win ratio with him as ref at 38.46% and Penrith have a win ratio of 61.20%. Lol

I think this is close to our best team. I don't rate Katoa at all and would rather JMK start and either we run with 4 forwards on the bench or have someone like Wakeham there. I also think Doorey should at least be on the bench.
