A little embarrassed how the commentators were praising the Dogs as to give us encouragement, it’s like they felt sorry for us lol.

In truth we played a Souths reserves and super kids team, they were missing

Don't feel sorry for them one bit...they couldn't give a single fuck when they beat us in fixed Good Friday matches. Hope this loss has ruined all their weekends lol.

King missed 2 tackles that led to tries. He has fallen off a cliff. His defence has been horrible for most the year
In his defence he made a couple of strong carries tonight. One in particular on tackle 4, he was on 40m line at point of contact and made 10 pcm to save the set.

His carries were excellent, I'm not exactly sure who was dropping the ball in defense. I thought they mainly targeted Quai-Ward. Through the middle it was paper thin at stages.

Sutton is actually a very good defender so it was almost a disaster having him miss the game and we couldn't tighten up in the middle.

In Sicily so behind the news.

HOWZTHAT..... Well done to the doggies smoking the vermin.

Hope you all feel better after last week. And forget reserve team or whatever, you can only play the team you're up against.
You better visit Corleone or ill whack you ;)

Not the point. I remember how the media got stuck into our club when a bottle was thrown at a Souths game.
This was far worse, as he could have permanently damaged Burton's sight. Criminal charges should be laid.

Nah, I didn't get that vibe at all. It doesn't really matter who was missing from Souths - except for the thought exercise that we are almost assuredly beaten by a full strength Souths team.

The commentator's praise was imo very deserved for our vastly improved in attack. Those tries we scored on the edges were through backline plays and line engagement, and cut-out passes, which we haven't been able to achieve all season to this point. Our previously impotent attack allowed defences to just slide on us and always have the numbers. We created tries for Wilson in ways we haven't been able to do for Addo-Carr, and it was by beating Souths defensive system, moreso than us going through below-standard NRL players that wouldn't have been there at full strength. Funnily enough, the main way teams have been crushing us is by going through our below-standard NRL players.
