That comes down to the defensive coach. If players aren't marking their man then it's 1 of 2 things. Either you have a terrible defensive coach or your players aren't communicating. I'm leaning toward the former.

Players just seem to be that dumb. If they are continuing to listen to this coaching staff about our left edge defence they need to tune them out.
