The biggest problem with this team is dean Pay, how do you expect there to be team chemistry or even the right attitude from the team when you have an incompetent coach who drops players for no reason and looks like he has never coached a day in his life

The crowd is about 6-8k max but im sure they will fudge the numbers. Very quiet atmosphere here. Its like we all expect to lose.

We don't play with belief. Every play is a try-hard attempt to break through and score without any game management. We are so down on confidence, we play to fluke a win rather than build towards a win. Our error rate gives me that strong impression and the lack of support play when players make a break is because the team rarely expects it to happen.

We just run towards the corner flags on each side of the field lol, no one straightens play up, no one jinks around to stop the defenders slide, etc. Just a fucking poorly coached side, Pay should be sacked by tomorrow morning.
