I’m resigned to the fact this rebuild will happen at a snails pace until the kids in the lower grades are ready and come up together.

All these articles about us completely turning over our entire roster in 2 years like it’s only a good thing. The reality is these guys have played almost no football togethe and it showed. That’s not the recipe for immediate success and it’ll take at least 1/3rd of the season for us to build any cohesion and any sort of identity as a team.
