Selcting Barrett would be a mistake IMO. I haven't seen him do anything in attack this year which could be considered creative in any way shape or form. I don't think its a coincidence either that Saints had their best game of the year so far while he was out injured. In my book he's second only to Anasta as the most over rated player in the NRL.Campese was my other pick. It's basically out of those two.
NSW has next to no experience, Barrett has been there before and done it, they need all the experience they need as they will be fielding a lot of debutants in this series, another debutant in the number 6 position might be too much.
I have Barrett in my team for that reason, however I am not sure if he has come out of rep retirement and I am betting the selectors will go for Campese. Either way I wouldnt be dissapointed or surprised if Campese got the nod, I just wanted the backline to have a little more experience.
For mine its Campese at 5/8 and Sutton off the bench, as he can play lock, 5/8, second row or even centre at a stretch.
