nah if fox was playing, kiraz would of scored that try that skelton knocked on and we would of been up by a bigger margin before ht
We choked - MULTIPLE times - c'mon you guys...face facts.
That QF was not JAC's fault....it was a bunch of unforced errors that cost us.
WE FUCKED UP - Embarrassing but true!!

Seen this guys in some social media posts at the Koori KO. Did he play? You’d think if he’s gone and played he’s done as the club didn’t want him playing?

dont see how that's an issue considering Blake Taaffe was playing as well in the Koori Ko

Anyone else think when he was playing at the storm he wasn't as bulked up as he is now? I heard he's put around 7-8 KG since then, hence why he isn't the fastest man on the planet anymore, I think he was at his best when he was at the Strom. He should slim back down, he never had a problem then with Injuries and was playing origin level and GF's constantly. His legs aren't used to accelerating with that extra weight you'd be surprised how much it can make a difference.

The games changed he had to adapt and put more size on.

The dogs have never stopped them playing. They didn’t want Fox playing because he injured his finger, and because he ignored doctors instructions it now needs surgery. Good to still see him down there.

His best asset is his speed, he was at his peak when he was lighter, the game in 2020 was not much different. His carries have not become anymore impactful than it was in 2020, but his speed has been affected. It's the fastest man on the planet, not the strongest. If he was a Brian to'o or marju sort of player than it makes sense.

I agree with Rexest. The way the game is with 6 against and not as many scrums also shot clocks for restarts. You can’t have the David klemmers abd sam kasianos who were battering rams. Most forwards don’t touch the ball in their own half. It’s down to the outside backs to cart the ball up. Most meters eaten are fullbacks or wingers these days not middles.

So in affect you needs your 1-5 to roll up their sleeves and take hit ups. As a finisher and in broken play JAC is still one of the best in the game. But he did need more bulk to take hit ups without getting targeted in a corner and driven back. Also his first hamstring injury was at the storm. And once you do a hamstring as a speedster it’s very very hard to ever get it back to 100% without it going again. His speed is more due to that than the added bulk. Yes he is a bit more muscly but that won’t affect his speed as much as a torn hamstring.

Gone. Announced it to his team mates and club. He apologised for all the trouble he caused.
Meanwhile in his head:

Ridiculous that people are blaming JAC considering the number of bad decisions and errors we made at the back end of the game.

Are you on a never ending mission to outdo yourself with increasingly stupid comments, or something?

We had multiple guys who have played and won grand finals out there, but we were very inexperienced as a unit and our main playmakers were inexperienced when it came to managing big finals games. They’ll be better for it next year….

A winger wouldn’t have made a shred of difference in those final 20… no matter how good or experienced they may have been.

Some if you who constantly harp on about how Fox Cody is the game should listen to Critta on the Let’s Trot pod about how losing games like that can help a team in the long run. Better to lose a heartbreaker like that than to get blown off the park by the Roosters like Manly because we weren’t ready yet.

Edit: so sorry @dogluva…. Tagged the wrong person. This was meant for @Cappuccino
