3-Tracey
2- Kiks
1- Fox

Xerri, Curran outstanding. Everyone out in a shift tonight. Hutch needs to be dropped. And Critta. If he’s not fit, let him rest. We have the backline depth

I’m splitting the 6 points this way

2. Fox made a statement and showcased his world class ability to turn chances into points
1. Kiraz. Beast performance, over 300 running metres I believe
1. Xerri. Great hands for a couple tries, carried the ball strongly for 222m and did his job defensively
1. Kiks. Becoming the heart and soul of the side.
1. Curran. 18 runs 35 tackles one missed. Was our best middle tonight.

Ive gotta come back and add this after a closer look at the conceeded tries.

Salmon: NEGATIVE INFINITY. the **** missed 2 tackles that led to tries. Like air swings on both. He makes some contact and they dont score twice. How useless.

3 kiraz
2 kikau
1 tracey

Xerri special mention
Ado carr, nice to see him score again
Burton so much improvement. With a top half, he could improve out of sight
Curran is a beast, sign him for life
Hughes massive wraps on this kid. Can be long term prop for us

Salmon needs to go asap once players are back. Massive liability

I can live with your take. Pretty much spot on...

But...Top 6: because I can. Would be:
6pts: Tracey (found our fullback)
5pts: Kiraz (epic)
4pts: Kikau (beast)
3pts: Fox (one for each try)
2pts: Xerri (not a bad second outing)
1pt: Curran (workhorse)

...with special mentions for Burton (playing much better - what a cut-out ball to get us the lead) & Hughes (playing with the aggression of an Alpha Dog - loving it).

3 - Fox. Hard to go past a hattrick against one of the best defensive teams in the comp (yeah I know that is his job he is a winger, but there is so much he had to do exactly right in each of the tries, and he nailed them), plus 5 linebreaks, tackled effectively when called upon to contribute to our left side that conceded 0 points. 243 run metres, 1 kick for a forced drop out. 0 pens
2 - Xerri. I wasn't convinced in his previous game that he'd proven he belongs, but in this game he did. Sumptuous move on Meaney to draw the winger and put Fox away for the first try. Over 200 running metres, 21 hit ups, lovely fast PTB, part of our 0 conceded points left side. 1 error at a vital stage of the game, but he is still underdone, it will be exciting to see what he brings over the rest of the season.
1 - Tracey. 8 kicks defused, a massive part of our overall defensive effort. His runs are rarely not to advantage, which keeps us rolling forward, and gets a fast PTB most of the time. Has given CC a real headache in choosing the FB position.

HM: Kiraz (workhorse, some great defusals), Curran (our engine room, high metres and tackles), Turps (he dropped the ball at the start, and missed a tackle on Hughes at the end, but given how underdone he is was fantastic in the middle, wins the ruck in defence a lot of the time, hits hard), Kiks (3 line break assists).

Also SM to Hayward, came on and made 23 tackles, no misses, couple of handy hitups, and no errors, unlike almost the entire rest of the team that played over 20 minutes.

Very proud of the boys , so much disruption against full strength Storm in Melbourne and they only won because Burton missed conversions

3. Kikau
2. Tracey
1. Addo Carr

Xerri also break out game
+1

Finally good to see Fox in some open space doing what he does.
