Not that we are any realistic chance at getting Haas. If there is any hope however TPJ is Haas’s best mate.

TPJ still being contracted to us would be a critical piece of the puzzle to get Haas over the line.

Can't see how we could afford to keep TPJ though and sign Haas

Number one priority should be Tino for 2024.

If we don't re-sign TPJ we have enough to chase Haas for 2025.

If we got the pack below it would be pretty close to our 2004 pack. Some would argue even better

8 Haas
9 Mahoney
10 SST
11 Kikau
12 Preston
13 Tino
We aren't getting either let alone both lol

Fantasy land thinking we’re getting haas or tino. Goes against everything Gould has said.

Listen to Gus on his most recent podcast and come back and explain how it's everything against what Gus has said.

Josh Ado Carr was signed for $550k for a few years. There was No $850K that is why for an origin & Kangaroo winger we signed him cheaply
Depends if he ass has a ratchet clause or not

If so it would be 550+33%

You're probably right which is very disappointing. We had the money for a marque and didn't Gus even use that word ? Surely we deserve better than an older SST and Knight. If the Roosters end up with either Tino or Haas it's f..king ridiculous and I'll be f..king spewing and thinking Gus isn't worth his pay packet. I think an average recruiter could have achieved what Gus has to be honest. All the players we've signed their clubs were willing to let go / sacrifice. I hope we're not keeping money up our sleeve for Luai but it wouldn't surprise me. He's more chance at ended up with us than anyone outside the Panthers

I have an interest in salaries in the NRL and ALWAYS take note when reported. Also I plugged in the gaps based on how I know it works and Gus' ethos.

The only thing Im not entirely sure about is how the cap increase affected some of the salaries. Maybe bung an extra 500k across the board to be safe.

Looks pretty accurate - good job. The only one I question is $400k for Salmon. He hasn’t really secured a FG spot at for any duration. Did win a GF though.

He has played well for the Riff, is a utility half and has fielded some offers that I am aware of.

With salaries going up, I reckon he wouldnt be taking less as i dont feel he is desperate in the same way, maybe someone like Tyrone May would be.

Maybe 350.
