The topic of the thread is an emotional one. Often, the kennel doesnt do emotional very well. Its got nothing to do with the place going to shit, the mods or anything like that. It was the same 13 years ago under different mods, and all the time since.

If we close every emotional thread as soon as anyone is emotional in it, we will be accused of over moderating and suppressing freedom of speech. We only act when there are rules broken. We cant stop people being emotional about emotional topics.

Yes, we know you would like it to be believed that the place is going to shit and the whole mod team should be sacked (and perhaps just have Mr I running it alone), but im calling bullshit. The forum itself has been friendlier lately and we have had a lot less work to do. That said there will never ever be a point, and hasnt been in the past, where the kennel is 100% cordial and arguments will never happen. We only care when the arguments become abuse or bullying.

So harden the fuck up, and deal with it like an adult. If you cant, nobody has a gun to your head to come here.

And if u are implying the place has gone to shit, it is having a go at mods, whose job is to prevent that. How else do we take what you are saying in this thread?

Anyway, i dont really want a reply. The thread has been off topic for pages now. Its going nowhere good now. So closing it. People had plenty chance to comment on the topic before it happened, so no need to keep it open considering.
