There was no intention from Carrigan on the same player last year. He got 4 weeks.

No dragging. Hastings lost his feet. In fact you can see Preston detect this and deliberately drop off. But everything happens at pace, so there's a lag. It's the same old line... A defender, and his injury inducing momentum, can't just disappear.

Was always going to cop it under the current rules because this is quite clearly what they consider a hipdrop.
I dont care who does it, Its a shit tackling technique...

Unfortunately Preston will be out of rookie year contention.

He was in a battle with West Tigers Fullback Buller.

Carrigans was 10 times worse and he brought him down from behind with a hip drop. Prestons was from the side and completely unintentional

Won’t make a difference, Faiders will pump us and it will be another Cirdildo presser finding the delusional positives.

Every year the nrl comes up with some bullshit new rule. They're so obsessed about speeding up the game, that unfortunately accidents happen. It's a simple fucking game, yet these idiots complicate it.

And see they reckon Hastings will play this weekend. If he gets up and plays the ball nothing happens. Joke.

what’d they want him to do in that tackle? there is literally no other outcome from that tackle other than for him to let go and them break through the line. the fuckin game is so shit these days with all the soft **** referees
Not swing down on the limb look he doesn’t mean it but imagine if someone did that to Kikau or whoever it is from our side. He’s actually fairly lucky it’s only 2-3 considering Hastings is out for a few weeks himself. If I were Preston I’d look at someone like Yeo does when tackling. Always makes sure he goes to the side
