We don’t have the talent.

More than half of our top 30 don’t make any other teams top 30.

We have the weakest roster of any team in the NRL era. The retention and recruitment over the post Des years has been awful. That being said Ciraldo’s ability to coach and man manage, getting the best out of what he has. With the cattle he has needs to be questioned. I think he is way out of his depth.
