Ciraldo needs to stop experiment with players out of position most have been duds in their normal positions and unlikely to improve elsewhere.
okunbur middle - fail
perham fullback - fail
Flanagan anywhere - fail
Reynolds middle - fail
Averillo centre - ??? IMO better fullback or 5/8
Burton half - ??

The press conferences are becoming Barrett like, stop saying the same shit every week and not making some changes. Injuries aside, has he actually demoted anyone for poor form ?. All this talk of " connection " . . . We'll be anchored to the bottom of the table and connected to the wooden spoon shortly

SIXES AND SEVENS

It’s going to take a lot more than simply changing jersey numbers to fix Canterbury’s attack.

Cameron Ciraldo made the call to put the No.7 on Matt Burton’s back for just the second time in his career in a bid to give him more responsibility, but the move didn’t achieve much as the former Panther struggled to get involved.

Burton had just one run for seven metres in the opening hour, while halves partner Kyle Flanagan didn’t do much better as the Bulldogs repeatedly shot themselves in the foot with sloppy errors.

The halfback came to life when the game was effectively over, setting up a Corey Waddell try with what looked to be a forward pass, but it was too little too late.

It was the most points they’d scored since Round 3, but the calls will grow louder for the former Bronco-turned Bulldog Karl Oloapu to make his debut in an attempt to light up what at times is a stagnant looking attack.

Averillo has been our best centre attack wise

I thought Burto played well yesterday, and Okunbor has been ok in the middle, given he is a winger. Flanno, grub and averagello . . . Cut,cut, cut

Shit on the coach more guys, it's helping the team and your mental health. Don't consider the injuries.

People have short memories. Comparing Ciro to Baz, the eye test shows the team is a lot better in attack and defence. Not to mention the win column. This is all with a massive injury list. But fk that, just shit on the coach. Shit on the reserve graders filling in for our club. Very beneficial.

People forget CC is 2 games away from equalling Baz's 5 wins in 8 games compared to nearly 2 years of Baz.

Only thing I suggest is CC just becomes the front for Gus coaching the side.

What stats are they ?
Try assists for the opposition team. He’s leading that one for sure.
he also leads the stat for worst one percenters player in our side.
He loves open space but can’t do anything else

Eventually most of us get to a place. A tranquill place. Our happy place.

We acquire footballing acceptance into our lives and embrace it.

We deny it for the first 10 games. Rant rave at the players and coach. Fight each other.

Then a level of inevitability comes over TK. Kennellers accept that we don't have that competitive team we thought...we were promised even. Our star signings haven't transferred over their previous team form.

We eventually accept our fate as Bulldogs supporters and start demanding signings news and prepare for the next season. Along the way are the occasional high points and celebrations for small wins but eventually we settle into our way of the World.

He needs to start making changes..
he shows too much loyalty to players that don’t deserve it.
Surely Skelton comes
In for Atleast Okonbors spot.
Flanagan needs to go, as much as I dislike renoylds I’d rather he start at 6 over Flanagan.
If I see Okunbour tackling with his arms outstretched around the attackers waist like he is grabbing a kid off a carousel I’ll give up. His fingers are about the only part of his body he puts on ice after the game
