pretty sure curran is playing prop as well at times so it doesn't really make sense to have both knight or Hughes in the team when we could add in kautoga instead

Good point. So really what we‘re doing is playing specialist props as well as guys like Curran and Morrin who can play middle or edge, so we are carrying traditional plodder props like Knight when we should be playing modern agile forwards like Kautoga.

As gutted as I am at the loss, there really was a lot to like from that performance.

Remember we lost our winger for the second half when we had the lead, we lost Preston and Morrin (self inflicted) for 10, yet were only beaten by 2 penalty goals.

Losing JAC was the killer. When the backline was rearranged we struggled in attack.

Well CC didn’t sound happy with our attack only way to fix that is make a change to the halves

People crapping on the halves but considering they had to work with two completely different backlines in each half, I don’t put much of the blame on them. I put it on the errors. Simple knock ons that cost us.

Eta: We scored off the 40/20 Burton kicked. After that performance I’d like to see Taffy play 7 tbh. He had a few brilliant plays a half would be proud of, and can actually run quicker than a slug.

Defend the halves in first paragraph, but want Taaffe at 7 in the second paragraph.

Sorry man you can't defend Burton and Hutcho they are shit inside the opp 20 where it counts. 4 rounds in and only 1 try assist between them and that is Hutchinsons
