Of course ... media are jumping on the idea it's a terror attack (because of acts seen overseas).
Though it's been played down elsewhere as an out of control car chase.

One person has died after a car ploughed into pedestrians in Melbourne's city centre during the lunchtime rush.
At least 20 people have been injured after being struck by a car that drove into a crowd of shoppers on busy Bourke Street.
Witnesses reported hearing gunshots ring out through the city centre, with emergency services on the scene.
'People were running out of the way, they were going very very fast.
'I saw him hit a few people. I saw bodies flying into the air,' witness Rebecca Russo told The Age.
Other people said they heard a boom and gunshots, with one man telling Sky News there was 'a hell of a lot of blood'.
The same witness also claimed he saw the car hit a pram.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed a number of people have been injured in the chaotic scenes.
'Paramedics are attending an incident in Melbourne CBD,' they said in a statement.
'Emergency services were called to Bourke Street just before 1.40pm.
'It's believed a car has hit pedestrians. A number of people have been injured,' they said.
Police are believed to have apprehended a suspect, but further details including whether they were on their own are not currently available.
