i expect mason to play more prop through the year with faamitta and reni playing as backrowers off the bench, with Mason pushing up to prop for his second and third spell this will give us a four prop rotation still. I have left out Perry as we need a more attacking Hooker, however if Hughes is out of form i would send an sos to perry. Also Myles needs some more time in the lower grades to iron out his mistake rate, i expect him to figure in the later half of the season. I have also not picked Phelphs as he has not impressed me in attack or defence this year.

Andrew 'Bobcat' Ryan has done a great job Coxy, he led the team well this year.. its just been a depleted team...

As for captaincy next year... I say probably will be Mark O Meley if Bobcat doesn't keep it... me don't think Mason yet and El Magic.. bah.. he is already the goal kicker, captaincy means focusing on more, I want him as a premier goal kicker.... I know AJ does it for the Knights... but I'm not a fan... I say O' Meley or Ryan next year...

As for the team I want for 2006... you can read my post in the last version of this repetitive recreation when these threads get merged, for I agree with Hazmak.. *hint hint mods*, OK...

elmasri as captain. what is he gonna do get is hand bag and run off his wing to the refs report after every penalty. cant remember the last winger to b captain.

mason plays with passion. he is like the nsw gordon tallis. but his passion often left him in the bin.

the captain should be mild mannered but should lead be example. mason leads but i would b suprised if he tells the ref to f*** himself. i think grimaldi would have been obvious to take over after price but a sherwin or ???????

i dont know.
