Spot on. We should be recruitment officers for the club.
The ROI for Ava S is far greater than many forwards in this club who are getting paid a lot more. A lot of folk on TK don't understand there is a salary cap and we can't just recruit 30 superstars.

I agree with only these, all minimums, and I know I’ll get flamed, but maybe throw Jackson another year if he’s up to it, on small wage + loyalty money, and let him know it’s a bench role, no longer a starting back rower, but a rotation middle.

I just think he’s a true Bulldog, adds experience. Just let him know his new role then a job for him for life after if he wants it.
