Support Technician in IT. Working in a small business environment providing support remotely and on-site for all business sizes and types means that I'm never stuck specialising in one facet of IT.

One day I could be in the office all day dealing with anything from email and internet issues remotely over the phone, to the next minute getting abused by clients in person for a server crashing and trying to repair... even though countless warnings have/had been provided that it's on its way out.

Same thing happens to me all the time.
I work For Commander, I sell Phone Systems, IT Gear and Telco Products.
I call a customer and say listen your equipment is 20+ years old it's time for a change, they say no but then 6 months later they want a NEW one for Free cause it dies

I've never found any cash, just lots and lots of ping pong balls, corn and frangers. But guys that I used to work with used to say that they got cash off the old manual screens.....
