The bloke is a pea heart on top of being a flipperhands with ambitions to be a forward but has no engine & cant crack 1st grade at the broncs. Would be a god awful waste of salary cap.

Like the Broncos, he's had a terrible run of form and never been able to turn it around. Bad ball handling, errors, etc. things that players out of form/low on confidence do (probably similar to DWZ last year). Defensive liability (his speed/lateral movement is in an interesting spot, bad reads, etc.)

I expect Griffen to pick him up.
Great option at 14 if you can get him dirt cheap. Players like him and Okunbur are valuable utility options if you have a 80min quality hooker.

You sure? I read 600k and he wanted 800k (I think this is a couple of years ago now, the year we signed CHN).

Gees I hope the Bulldogs don’t take him. We have more to gain looking elsewhere for players. If he’s no good at the Broncos, hard to see him changing. Plus he’s 26 and getting on. Barrett is looking for longer term options for his long term plan. Another one who if he he doesn’t find another club fast and start performing will end up playing in UK.
