Sometimes I'll be sitting in a bar or club and they ALWAYS have women's rugby league playing.

I see it as a good laugh.
St george have a tall tall blonde fullback and the Titans have a tall blonde centre.

As soon as these girls receive the ball and take on the line, the defence shit themselves and let the tall She-Ra's break the line and score a try everytime.

I have enjoyed it the last few seasons but this year, it’s been a little disappointing because they’re already resorting to the men’s tactics of wrestling and slowing the ruck adding refs in that arena don’t seem to blow 6 agains or penalties as consistently as the men’s game for some reason - the girls can’t afford that sort of stuff creeping in because it becomes less entertaining impacting their brand.

Once the NRLW Bulldogs come in, I’ll be watching with huge interest, anyone competing wearing our jumper gets my unwavering support.

I will be watching every bulldogs nrlw game. Our halfback Taylah Preston has steered sharks to first in the comp so far this year. Good signs for us.
