They reckon they have tightened up the game with stop clocks on scrums and drop outs but by golly Smith wastes so much time with his kicks.....exactly what it the difference wasting the time there compared to other parts of the game? 14.27 to go when penalty awarded and 12.40 after kick was taken......kick from near in front of the posts....

Storm back to their old ways of three to four in a tackle and all peeling off individually instead of as the rule states all off immediately. Rule was changed for that exact reason and the use of it by Melbourne,.

Yep, Melbourne have another set of rules just like they do with contracts. Yeah they give away penalties here and there but they still commit heaps more that don't get called. They are protected species.

All they do is slow the fuck out of the game. They should be penalised so much more for it but they don't plus they are regularly off side. Those 2 reason is why their defence is hard to crack.
