Melbourne have been average imo... getting helped out with penalties and shit handling from Leeds all night. We can match it with them in round 1 based on this game.

Lets be bluntly honest here.

Leeds lost a second rower and their fullback in first half, leaving them with 2 interchanges on bench. They were also missing their 4 top forwards. Storm were missing Kas (that's it).

Any team would blow out by that given the injuries.

Croft is a Cronk clone. He is already better than a lot of NRL halfbacks.

Lamb will come off the bench this season and Cogger probably wont play any nrl games at all.
Before Cogger got injured he was preferred in front of Lamb. If they treat them fairly then Cogger should return to that position.

Unfortunately though, because he has signed with us he will be discriminated against.

How much of a freak is Munster though? Kid just dominates from every position. Somehow Croft and Munster are 20 and 23 and both play like they’ve been at the top of the game for a decade.

Not sure if it’s the benefit of having class players in mentoring positions, natural talent, great coaching or a competitive nature making them want to match it with the guys already in their position. Probably a great combination of all 4. Doesn’t look like the Storm will struggle to fill positions after the big 3 though.

Hell Bellamy doesn’t even need to learn new names, Croft sounds close enough to Cronk and Smith looks like he’ll be a pretty handy replacement for Smith.

It's definitely a combination of all those things, but i think spending time and learning off those elite players gives them a massive leg up over other young players in the game.

Yeah Smith, Cronk and Slater created the culture and are so unselfish that kids can learn off them without being pushed away. Munster and Croft are both amazing. Storm will finish in the top 4 again. When Slater retires Munster moves to fullback and Ryley Jacks moves to 5/8.

@flamebouyant ... have you seen the watchnrl.com broadcast for all games this season? Available stream to any device, including smart TV $189/12 month subscription.
https://www.watchnrl.com/
Finally a decent stream option for overseas fans, from the source, not via a third-party with interruption.
Similar to NFL Game Pass. Hoooraayyyyyy!
